Bjørne Beer Golden Wheat 4.8% is traditionally brewed according to the German Purity Law using only the finest selection of wheat-malt, barley-malt and caramel-malt. Due to the unique recipe, the beer is blessed with a nice golden color and gentle notes of clove and fruitiness in the aroma.
The beer is partly unfiltered, a sign of great quality and outstanding brewing methodology. It has has a very nice, smooth mouth-feeling and is high in drinkability. When poured into a glass the beer leaves a beautiful, long-lasting white foam.
